## 事故発生状況
### 原因
- 機械分解前に手順について、打ち合わせを行っていなかった
- 安定度表を参考に分解作業を実施していなかった。
### 対策
#### 作業を安全に進めるための計画を立て、 関係者へも十分説明してください。
#### クレーンの組立・分解時には取説に記載のある『**安定度表**』を参照し、安全に作業を行いましょう。
